If you are interested in applying for an early certificate, a processing fee of RM100 is required for this application. You are required to make all payments via ekewangan portal https://ekewangan.ukm.my for receipts in real time. Under 'Payment Without Invoice' (Category  Konvokesyen > Fi Skrol/Scroll). Please enclose your proof of payment with this application.

Permohonan Transkrip Awal / Request for Early Transcript (all students)

Sekiranya tuan/puan berminat untuk memohon transkrip awal, sila hantar permohonan tuan/puan melalui emel tadi. Pembayaran sebanyak RM20/satu salinan/bahasa diperlukan untuk permohonan ini melalui portal ekewangan https://ekewangan.ukm.my/ untuk resit secara real time dan resit pembuktian pembayaran dikepilkan bersama dengan borang transkrip. Transaksi bayaran di bawah tab Bayaran Tanpa Invois (Kategori konvokesyen > Fi Transkrip).

*Borang boleh dimuat turun di link ini -> https://drive.google.com.

Setelah selesai mengisi, borang dihantar semula kepada saya melalui email tadi berserta resit bayaran.

* Sila pastikan urusan tertunggak ( Hutang Pengajian, Hutang Trafik, Denda Perpustakaan, Buku Belum Pulang ) tiada sebelum memohon. Terima kasih.

Should you be interested in applying for an early transcript, kindly submit your application via this email.

A payment of RM20 per copy per language is required for this request. Payment must be made through the eKewangan portal at https://ekewangan.ukm.my/ for a real-time receipt. Please attach the proof of payment receipt together with the transcript request form.

The payment should be made under the "Payment Without Invoice" tab (Category konvokesyen > Fi Transkrip).

Once completed, kindly email the form back to me along with the payment receipt.

Please ensure that there are no outstanding matters (Study Fees, Traffic Fines, Library Fines, or Unreturned Books) before submitting your application.
